About Neuralex

AI should not live in a demo. It should live inside the way a business operates.

Neuralex Labs designs and builds AI employees, agentic workflows, and production software for businesses that want AI to do real work — with the engineering and governance that requires.

Why we exist

The gap between AI demos and AI in production.

It has never been easier to produce an impressive AI demo. It is still hard to build an AI system that a business can rely on every day: one that connects to real systems, follows real policies, handles messy inputs, and fails safely.

That gap is mostly engineering and design work — integrations, permissions, evaluation, monitoring, review interfaces, and the software around the model. It is the work we focus on.

We build AI employees and agents for specific business functions, the automation and knowledge systems they rely on, and the web applications and SaaS products that bring it all together.

What we believe

Principles that shape every system we build

AI is a system, not a feature

Useful AI depends on data, integrations, permissions, interfaces, and monitoring. The model is one component among many.

Agents need engineering and governance

An agent that can act in your systems must be scoped, tested, logged, and reversible. Capability without control is a liability.

Software and AI belong together

Designing the application and the AI as one system avoids the most common reason AI projects stall: missing foundations.

Human oversight stays important

People remain accountable for consequential decisions. Good systems make supervision easy rather than optional.

Outcomes over demos

A system is successful when a team relies on it every day — not when it impresses in a meeting.

Honesty about limits

AI makes mistakes. We design for that openly, and we say when AI is not the right tool.

Who we are

How we would describe ourselves

AI-native

We build with current models, agent frameworks, and retrieval techniques as everyday tools.

Engineering-led

Typed code, tests, version control, CI, and observability — applied to AI systems as much as anything else.

Product-minded

We care whether people adopt what we build, so we design the experience as carefully as the architecture.

Full delivery

Strategy, design, engineering, AI integration, deployment, and ongoing improvement from one team.

Next step

Bring us the process your team is tired of doing manually.

A strategy call is a working conversation about one workflow: what it involves today, what could be automated, and what a first build would look like.

What happens next

  1. 1Tell us about one workflow
  2. 2We review it before replying
  3. 3A working session, then a first-build proposal
