1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Neuralex Labs' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Neuralex Labs provides AI development, web development, mobile app development, and strategic design services. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, all custom code, designs, and intellectual property developed specifically for you will be owned by you upon full payment for the project. Neuralex Labs retains ownership of its proprietary tools and libraries used in project delivery.
4. Limitation of Liability
Neuralex Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
